Why I work on both visibility and follow-up
Most small businesses I speak to are losing money in one of two places. Either customers can't find them — the website doesn't rank, doesn't appear in the map pack, and AI tools have never heard of them. Or customers do find them, send an enquiry, and then wait two days for a reply because that message landed in an inbox nobody checked.
Fixing only one of those is wasted effort. Traffic that arrives and goes cold is expensive. Fast follow-up that nobody triggers is pointless. So I work across both, and I usually start by telling clients which one is actually costing them more right now.
What I do
- SEO and GEO audits and implementation. Technical review, content structure, schema markup, entity clarity, and local search — checking whether both Google and AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can actually understand what your business does and who it serves. After the audit, I can also carry out the fixes: titles and metadata, page structure, schema, content, technical fixes and Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Business automation. Connecting forms, CRMs, notifications, follow-up logic and reporting using n8n and the tools you already pay for — so enquiries get acknowledged, assigned and chased without anyone remembering to do it.
- Google Ads and social media. Google Ads campaigns, Meta ads and Instagram and Facebook content connected to conversion tracking, so ad spend turns into enquiries.
- SEO-ready website builds. For businesses whose current site was never built to be found in the first place.
Where I'm based
I'm based in Bandung, Indonesia. International clients work with me remotely across time zones, by email, WhatsApp and video call. Clients in Indonesia can also meet me in person.
